A summer party means outdoors, all afternoon, with all employees and perhaps their families too. And at some point there is dancing. That takes more than good music: a sound system that works for many hours and a plan B if the weather does not play along. We know the requirements and make sure music and equipment fit from start to finish.
What a summer party needs
Outdoors, long, mixed.
Outdoors
Meadow, courtyard, terrace, jetty. Our battery-powered equipment runs without mains power; the system for the evening party needs a power line. We clarify in advance with your venue or caretaker what is available.
Long
A summer party often starts at 3 pm and ends after midnight. The music develops with it: subtle on arrival, supportive during the meal, danceable once the children have been picked up. We plan the phases in the briefing.
Mixed
Apprentices and management, colleagues from five countries, partners and children. The music concept has to take everyone along without becoming arbitrary. You tell us about your audience, we build the evening from it.
Plan B
When it rains.
We agree a fallback plan with your venue in advance: marquee, hall, canteen. Moving takes only a few minutes because the battery-powered equipment is built for it. You do not have to worry about it.

From €850 net
For the DJ with own DJ equipment. For a summer party with an outdoor area, sound system and evening party you receive a quote with individual items: DJ, playing time, battery-powered equipment for outdoors, sound and lighting for the evening. Extension €150 net per hour, travel, setup and teardown in Berlin included, all prices plus 19% VAT.
