Equipment and technology

Equipment you don't have to organise

Sound system, lighting, microphones: we bring what your event needs, or we work with what your venue has. Exactly what, we clarify in advance in the technical check. The technical rider comes with every quote so that your venue and technical crew know what is coming. Functionality, high-quality equipment and a discreet look are the focus, and the setup is unobtrusive.

For 20 guests, for 200, for 2.000.

Up to 200 guests our own sound system is enough, from the conference room to the hall. Up to around 500 guests we add a second setup. Beyond that we organise external sound through a partner; it appears as a separate item in the quote. There is no upper limit.

The sound system sounds subtle at the reception and punchy on the dance floor, without distorting. For speeches there are Sennheiser wireless microphones, several on request.

Lighting, outdoors, on site

What else is part of it.

Lighting: ambience and dance floor
Software-controlled lighting in time with the music: uplights in your company colour for walls and columns, ambient lighting for the reception, dance floor lighting for later. What is included appears as a separate item in the quote so that you can decide.
Outdoors: battery-powered equipment
For outdoor areas without power we have battery-powered speakers, wireless microphones and power stations. Champagne reception in the courtyard, summer party on the lawn, countdown on the terrace: no cable needed. For the evening party we need a normal power supply.
In-house system: we check what is there
Many venues have their own sound system. We ask in advance what is available, play through it if it is good and add what is missing. That saves setup time and money. We make the decision in the technical check with your venue, before the quote.
Setup and space
Our standard space is about two by two metres, with a power connection nearby. Setup is usually finished one hour before guests arrive; larger setups take longer. We keep to the venue's setup times and dismantle after the event without you having to worry.

Spares included.

We have laptop, microphone and cables twice. The equipment is our own, in use for years, no rental gear. If the DJ is unable to play, the other one of us takes over with the same documents if he is free, otherwise a colleague from our network.
