Many corporate events and galas manage without an external host – in which case we are happy to take on short announcements: the welcome, notes on the running order or the handover to the buffet. Our hosting stays restrained and matter-of-fact, in keeping with the formal setting.

If a separate host, a manager or an award winner is at the microphone, we take care of the technical side: cleanly levelled wireless microphones, no feedback, and intelligibility that also works in larger halls. Professional sound and lighting equipment is part of our extended service and can easily be matched to the room size and guest numbers of your event.

Costs depend on duration, technical scope and the complexity of the running order. As a guide: our DJ sets start at 850 euros net, and each additional hour costs 150 euros net. Larger corporate events and galas with extended sound and lighting, wireless microphones and individual coordination of the running order frequently start at around 2,500 euros net – depending on guest numbers, venue and the scope of service you want.
