Yes, in most cases a spontaneous extension is possible, provided there are no fixed curfews or official restrictions at the venue.
We charge 150 euros net per hour for additional playing time. That keeps you flexible and lets you decide on site whether the evening should run longer.
You simply send us a request via the contact form or get in touch directly by email or phone. We then go through the key details together: date, venue, occasion, number of guests and the services you want.
After that you receive a written quote. As soon as you confirm it, we reserve your date bindingly. Payment is made before or after the event, depending on what we agree.
We don't just play a fixed playlist. We develop a musical concept that fits the occasion, the audience, the time of day and the atmosphere you want. At corporate events, Christmas parties or mixed crowds in particular, that is what makes an evening work.
Musically we cover a wide range – from 80s, 90s and current charts through house, hip-hop, R&B, pop, disco, rock and Latin to selected club sounds. Wish lists and no-go genres are of course part of the planning.

We plan the setup so that everything is ready before the first guests arrive. Depending on the scope, setup usually takes from about an hour.
For larger events with extensive lighting and sound, several areas or a more complex setup, it can also take several hours. We agree the exact schedule with you and the venue in advance so that our setup fits smoothly into the overall plan. Setup is already included in the quote and is not charged separately.
For a standard setup we usually allow around 2 x 2 meters. Depending on the technical package, extra space for speakers, lighting or additional equipment can be useful.

The cost of an event DJ in Berlin depends mainly on playing time, equipment, number of guests, venue and overall effort. Pure DJ sets at EVENT DJs BERLIN start at 850 euros net.
Larger events with longer playing times, extensive equipment or additional services often come to around 2,500 euros net or more. You will find initial guidance on our price page; we put together a specific quote individually for your event.
If one of us has to drop out at short notice, we do everything we can to arrange qualified cover from our professional network in Berlin quickly and to inform you immediately.

Yes. Our focus is on Berlin and Brandenburg, but we can also be booked throughout Germany and internationally. In recent years we have played events in other German cities as well as elsewhere in Europe, for example in Istanbul, on Mallorca and in Luxembourg.

Yes. Before the event we go through all the important points in a personal conversation – by phone, by video call or, if you prefer, in person in Berlin.
We discuss music requests, the flow of the evening, timing, special program items and technical details. That allows us to prepare properly, and gives you the certainty that everything is coordinated on the day.
Yes. If the venue has no suitable equipment, we bring the DJ, sound and lighting equipment required. Depending on the event, that includes a sound system, DJ setup, wireless microphones and atmospheric lighting.
If equipment is already on site, we check in advance whether it suits the size of the room, the number of guests and the schedule, and add to it where needed. That way you get a solution that works technically and looks right for the event.

As a rule, music, atmosphere and a smooth flow come first for us. That is why we do not make unnecessary announcements between songs.
If you want hosting, we are of course happy to handle the important announcements – welcomes, program items, transitions or notes about the schedule. We can also provide wireless microphones for speeches, awards or games.

Both are possible. EVENT DJs BERLIN is Dennis and Malte. Depending on the size, schedule and requirements of your event, you can book one DJ or both of us together.
For many events a single DJ is the right solution. For larger events, longer evenings, several program items or special requirements, working as a duo can make sense. We discuss that with you honestly and according to what you actually need.
That depends on the scope you book. Included as standard are the DJ performance, the musical preparation and the planning discussions beforehand.
Depending on the event, further services can be added – for example sound and lighting equipment, setup and takedown, wireless microphones, ambient lighting or individual extras. All items are listed transparently in the quote, so you know exactly what is included.
If you want to book an event DJ in Berlin, we recommend inquiring about 3 to 6 months in advance – especially for Fridays, Saturdays and the run-up to Christmas.
Short-notice requests are still welcome at any time. If your date is still free, we are happy to check spontaneous bookings quickly and easily.
Yes, song requests are generally welcome. You can send us wish lists and no-go songs in advance so we can get a better sense of the musical profile of your event.
Guests can also make requests directly to the DJ during the event. We don't simply play them blind, though. We work them in where they fit the mood on the dance floor, the timing and the musical arc of the evening.
Yes, that is of course possible by arrangement. We provide wireless microphones on request for speeches, hosting, games or other program items.
Where it fits the schedule, we also underscore such moments musically and make sure everything works reliably and without unnecessary interruptions.
