DJ for your Gala in Berlin
A gala lives on precision: the reception sounds different from the dinner, the music before the award ceremony different from after it, and the cues for the stage have to be accurate to the second. We have played galas at Hotel Adlon, the Ritz-Carlton and Soho House. We know when music carries and when it disturbs.

Reception
Champagne, photos, conversations. Music that fills the room without drowning anyone out: nu-disco, lounge, soul, elegant and unobtrusive.

Dinner
Several courses, table conversations, speeches in between. The music develops with the menu and steps back as soon as someone takes the microphone.

Stage
Award ceremony, keynote, honours. We deliver cues, walk-ins and transitions according to your run sheet, coordinated with stage management and host. Right on time, without delay.

aftershow
When the programme is over, the dance floor belongs to the guests. We open it with the right song and read the room.
With stage management and technical crew
We are one trade among many.
Galas involve stage technology, lighting, video, hosting and often an agency. We deliver the technical rider, keep to the setup times, work through the in-house system or with our own equipment and coordinate every cue with the stage management. One contact on our side, from the quote to the teardown.
Appearance
Dress code included.
A gala has a dress code, and it applies to us too. The equipment is black or white and inconspicuous in photos, and the lighting adapts to your stage instead of competing with it.

From €850 net
For the DJ with own DJ equipment. Galas usually involve long playing times and coordination with stage management, so after the briefing you receive a quote with all items: DJ, playing time, equipment or connection to the in-house system, cues. Extension €150 net per hour, all prices plus 19% VAT.
