Do not leave the magic of the festive season to chance. Start planning your Christmas party as early as summer. Popular venues and artists are often booked out by October or November. Planning early gives you the best chance of an unforgettable event, because your employees can block the date in good time. When choosing the location, consider good transportation connections and think of your employees by organizing a shuttle service. Certainly, a few glasses will be raised, so it's all the more important that your employees can get home safely. Well-thought-out service enhances the enjoyment of the celebration.

Technology
Equipment that matches your venue.
For up to 200 guests, we bring a sound system, software-controlled lighting and wireless microphones. For up to around 500 guests, we work with two setups; beyond that, we organise the sound with a partner. We clarify what is already available on site directly with your venue. Setup is usually complete one hour before guests arrive; space required is about 2 x 3 metres. Everything is included in the quote.
